RussianFlora.com delivers gifts & flowers to Russia & Ukraine since 2002. They deliver to all cities & towns in Russia, Ukraine and CIS. Next-day delivery is available in most serviced cities. Same-day delivery is also available for an extra fee in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev and few other large cities. I was able to call them in different times during the day to get a suggestion for placing an order and later to check the status of my order. They are truly working around the clock as their website mentions: 24×7 US-based customer support. One of the interesting highlights is a Digital Picture/Video service: you can request that they take a picture of recipient with your gift/bouquet at the time of delivery. Although they don’t guarantee it according to this page - both times I got a picture of my loved one within 24 hrs after delivery. Although I hoped to receive it earlier - they explained that in smaller cities it takes longer to get the pictures to me due to lack of Internet-enabled PCs. I was still very happy to see my fiancee with the bouquet and noticed that it’s comparable to the one shown on their website. Company also provides Build Your Own Bouquet feature to create a custom flower bouquet from single stems. I used this company many times in recent years and was satisfied with the varirty of both flowers and gifts, speed of delivery and convenience of ordering. |

I’ve been a happy customer of Russian Flora for a while now. I have had nothing but excellent service from them. The digital picture of delivery is a very good concept and I love having a picture of my loved one with my gift. Their selection is pretty good and their service department is very prompt and flexible.

I am a very satisfied customer for a long time. All gifts and flowers are high quality and all my deliveries were on time. Customer service is great and delivery people are very nice. My mom is always happy when she gets flowers from me.

Used their services twice and the flowers were delivered the next day. Although the flowers were fresh, their courier did not take a picture of my girlfriend as their camera broke. They offered to come back and take a picture next day. I declined, so they sent me a credit/coupon for a next order.

Yes, I’ve been using their service for some time now, and have always been satisfied with the results. The customer support personnel are readily available, and have assisted me many times in the past. My girlfriend has always remained happy with the quality of the bouquets, other items delivered, and our relationship has flourished in part thanks to the good work that RussianFlrora.com is doing.

I’ve used this service only once, but its quality was immaculate! I’ve ordered an arrangemant and fruit basket for my sister who lives in Moscow and the present was delivered very fast. Thanks to the digital picture of the delivery i could see that the bouqet was like in the catalogue and that my sister was extremely pleased. I will surely keep using them and recommend to all of my friends.

This is the best delivery company ever!
I’ve got acquainted with a Russian girl and we’d been communicating for some time when i found out that she’s having her birthday in a day. I really wanted to give her a present but was at a loss as I have no idea what to choose and more than that I had only a day and she lived so far away… Russian Flora was the first company I found on the Internet and having no time for other search I chose it at once… Customer service helped me a great deal to choose a present and flowers. I was so happy when I received the confirmation of the delivery with a picture on the same day. Now I will recommend Russian Flora toall of my friends so that they can send presents for my wedding which will take place in Russia soon!

I am so happy with this service. Was very easy to order and I payed with paypal and my fiancee received her roses in less than 24 hours !! In addition to the super fast delivery they even threw in a couple of extra roses for free ! Just amazing service I am very impressed. This is the second time I have used them and I will be using them again in the future.

The personal service and attention to detail offered by Russian Flora is excellent. I have complete trust in their services and product. In my case when an important occasion arises such as a death they have exceeded my exceptions every time in bringing gifts in a timely and professional manner. It is very important to deal with a company I can trust, because these events are once in a lifetime and I am comfortable knowing that Russian Floral will do their best and I don’t need to worry.

I would like to thank this company for just one great thing, which I have very rarely seen with other companies and that is “VERY PROMPT SERVICE & REPLY”. This one quality makes them different from others. During the ordering process and even after the delivery of gifts were made to the recipient, the executives of this company constantly answered my queries and also resolved issues with UTMOST CARE AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE. I am really impressed with one of their managers , who resolved all my issues with great discipline and on time! I have now returned to this website third time to order gifts for my friends and have recommended it to my friends as well. One special part of their service is their online chat service. You just have to click on that button on their website to chat with a customer support representative and they are available promptly! I have used customer support chat interfaces on other websites, but many times I have found that they make me wait for 2-5 minutes! But Russian Flora’s chat support is EXCELLENT. I would also like to thank two of their executives for providing great support and taking care of all my concerns right over the Chat! How interesting! I have personally felt their service to be EXCELLENT, ON-TIME and DELIVERED WITH UTMOST CARE. These are my personal thoughts out of my experience with them three times in sending flowers and gifts to my friends abroad. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and colleagues. Outstanding service, they called my girlfriend in Yerevan to make sure she’ll be at home when the flowers arrive. The roses lasted almost two weeks! They also provided flower food to keep roses fresh.

I have ordered twice in 2009 through Russian Flora, I live in Alaska, the delivery was half way around the world in Ukraine, so this is always an order based completely on trust, and this company has delivered perfectly twice. They have tracked down my girl at work and at home, placed flowers in her hand exactly on time, made her very happy. This is what I wrote the first time…

I used Russian Flora to deliver a bouquet of flowers to my fiance in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The occasion was Valentines Day. Unfortunately the delivery did not go through on the 14th of Feb. The company made every effort to contact and correct the situation that night but was unable. The next day the florist delivered the flowers promptly and provided a complimentary chocolate for the trouble. The company was extremely helpful, and their efforts sincere.
I have used this company in the past without a problem, and I appreciated their efforts to solve this problem promptly. I will use them again.

I decided to send a floral surprise to a woman in Russia I met on an internet website. I was almost 100% certain she was honest, but unfortunately, there are many dishonest people out there as well. I chose to pay the extra money to have a picture taken of the woman as she received her gift. As luck would have it, the woman was indeed the same woman I have been e-mailing. Because of time zone changes and being in a foreign country, it can be difficult to coordinate a nice flower delivery and make sure it goes to the proper recipient. After I placed my order, I immediately received confirmation of my order and payment. The next day, within an hour of contact with this agency, I knew the exact time the order was delivered, and in one more hour, I had a picture of my friend in my hand. During this process, I was a bit nervous, but again, the communication was fast, reassuring, and courteous. Best of all, when I saw the picture of the bouqet I had purchased, I was amazed–it had many more flowers, and absolutely beautiful ones at that, than I had anticipated. It was quite impressive. In all, I cannot recall a more pleasant experience with this type of purchase. I will definitly use them again for my next overseas gift purchase, and I compliment them on their expertise. The price was very fair, the delivery was on time, the communication was incredible, and they helped me verify the existence of a woman in a foreign country that I will certainly visit in the near future. It is not possible to have a better transaction.–Great job to everyone involved!!
