I only used this website ones - to deliver one of their caviar baskets for my wife’s brother in Vladivostok, Russia. The thing that I liked about the site is their wide variety of gourmet baskets available for delivery to Vladivostok. They service all Russia, Ukraine & CIS countries. He was very happy to receive a gift from us on exact tikme requested. The prices of some gourmet gifts on this site seem high, yet FREE or all-included delivery well compensates for this. |

A friend of mine told me about ‘Flowers & Gifts-to-Russia.com’ couple of years ago. He was very impressed by the quality of the delivery and recommended me this company. I have plenty of relatives living in Ukraine and used to have many problems with sending presents to them. I ordered an arrangement in ‘Flowers & Gifts-to-Russia.com’ once and since then i’ve been using their service and I’m very pleased. The customer support is very helpful, delivery’s fast and flower and gift catalogues are quite huge comparing to other online flower shops.

I have 2 sisters who live abroad and it’s always difficult to choose presents for them. I used to order simply flower arrangements and fruit baskets, which is really boring if you give the same kind of present for every single holiday. So, when I found out that there’s a special build your own basket option at “Flowers & Gifts-to-Russia.com” I was very happy. Now I can create my own gifts and, besides, control the price that is very convenient if you have limited amount of money.

In the beginning I was afraid to do business with foreign company because of the distance (Greece-Russia) But from the first hour the people from Gifts-to-Russia made me feel comfortable and secure that the present (basket with flowers, chocolates and puppy)will be delivered to my long distance friend.
Delivery was also made on time, my friend is happy to therefore overall is excellent job from the company’s side!

This company, by far, has the best customer service I have ever had the please to deal with. If you have a question they will answer it quickly. I have ordered from them twice and both times was a pleasure. Even when I ordered a day before I wanted it delivered and they said it may not be delivered on that day it was. I will defiantly use them again. The online support chat is great and they are always very friendly. Overall a GREAT company to do business with.

My brother lives in Almaty and we have had a difficult time sending things to them.This company tried very hard to help him receive a last minute birthday gift on what turned out to be a busy holiday (women’s day) They still got the fruit basket to him and we were very appreciative. They were especially nice and even phoned me to make certain my brother’s information was complete. I recommend this company to anyone needing to send a gift to Russia.

I have been a customer of this business for about 2 years. I have sent many flowers, gift baskets, and candies to friends in several areas of the former Soviet Union. Gifts-to-Russia.com has always delivered on time and the arrangement have been equal to or better than what was shown on the web. My friends have been happy with both the gifts and the service. I have tried 2 other services and the quality of the product has not approached that from the florist used by Gifts-to-Russia.com.
This is an understanding business with real dedication to do the Job requested and purchased.

Today I ordered flowers to be delivered to a business address in Chisinau, Moldavia. The flowers were delivered within just a few hours after I had made my online order. I placed a credit card order in the chatroom on the website by communicating to a sales representative. The representative called me back to verify the order. After delivery of the flowers, I received notice by e-mail, at the same day.
I am very satisfied with Flowers & Gifts-to-Russia.com!
This company is doing reliable and excellent business and it is truly highly recommendable.

Gifts-to-Russia.com is a very reliable company which does great and fair job! They promised to deliver my order the next day and kept their word. Despite of the awful heat in Russia, they delivered very fresh flowers and my girl was delighted!
