One of the interesting highlights is a Digital Picture/Video service: you can request that they take a picture of recipient with your gift/bouquet at the time of delivery. Although they don’t guarantee it according to this page - both times I got a picture of my loved one within 24 hrs after delivery. Although I hoped to receive it earlier - they explained that in smaller cities it takes longer to get the pictures to me due to lack of Internet-enabled PCs. I was still very happy to see my fiancee with the bouquet and noticed that it’s comparable to the one shown on their website.

Company also provides Build Your Own Bouquet feature to create a custom flower bouquet from single stems.

I used this company many times in recent years and was satisfied with the varirty of both flowers and gifts, speed of delivery and convenience of ordering.

He was very happy to receive a gift from us on exact tikme requested. The prices of some gourmet gifts on this site seem high, yet FREE or all-included delivery well compensates for this.

They also offer a unique opportunity to build your own basket from selected items. I haven’t seen this on many websites.

They deliver to most areas of Russia and CIS. Yet the delivery times are generally longer than some other florists I used. According to them: this is because most of the items delivered are built-to-order gifts and take longer to put together.

Overall I had a good luck with them when I used them to send a birthday gift to my mother in law back in July.

Their service quality in Russia was good, they were prompt to deliver and flowers lasted over 1 week. This is a rare case, considering that flowers are imported to Russia from Netherlands or Ecuador and don’t usually last that long…  The only issue I had with them: I wanted them to make a surprise delivery without the phone call. Their customer service explained to me that they can’t deliver without the call, because in Russia it’s not very common to leave goods at the door (if recipient will not be home at the time of delivery). They did however agree to call her and hide a sender’s details, which made surprise still worth doing.

I only wish they had more flower & gift options. Overall I recommend them for a friendly US-based customer service and prompt delivery.
