June 24 A 16-year-old Kinsman boy was charged with no operators license, a 16-year-old Warren boy was charged with wrongful entrustment, a 17-year-old Warren boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a 16-year-old Youngstown girl was charged with drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia, and a 17-year-old Youngstown girl was charged with falsification following a traffic stop on Sawmill Run Drive. Hubbard, 21, 2456 Milton Ave., Warren, was charged with two counts of aggravated menacing, and inducing panic. 2:05 p.m. Anthony Lombardo, 46, of 91 LeMans Ave., Youngstown, arrested at Boardman Lanes on a warrant. June 27 Toria Courtney, 18, 981 E. State St., Alliance, was charged with drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Breanna Carver, 20, 856 W. Benko, 52, of that address, was arrested on a charge of receiving stolen property. 3 p.m. Following an investigation into a Boardman High School student in possession of a Vape pen on school property, a 14-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. 2:37 p.m. MiQuaysha D.
