We wanted velvet because we'd read a million reviews about how it's easiest to keep clean of dog fur. The blue velvet is so rich and luxurious! The couch itself seems comfy and looks nice but for the cost we should not be running into THIS many issues, and the customer service was severely lacking. I was so nervous to receive this, it is our first ever internet furniture purchase, and it did not disappoint. The color is incredible. We love it and have been super comfortable. Perfect to use as a sofa/main seating in my small apartment. I love this sectional! I agonized over this purchase for ages, and Im so happy I went through with it. Its so easy to curl up with a blanket, book, and my pup! Love this chair its comfy, cozy, and just the right amount of firm! That is not true with the vegan leather because the back or bottom has a black fabric that helps keep the cushion from sliding around. #teamalbanypark ! And it was so worth it. It's great that it comes in multiple pieces, but it took loosening up the hardware a bit in our case for all to fit together. Couldn't be better! It is so comfortable and the chaise is perfect for watching tv. We have the vegan leather with walnut legs. Customer service was so responsive in helping me when there were shipping delays from the carrier (not Albany Park's fault). This sofa fits well into cozy spaces with contemporary or even rustic styles. This couch is amazing! The delivery was not good, difficult to unpack, difficult to put together. We unbox, setup, and test the Albany Park Sofa. I already have the fabric fraying at the seam on the back pillows. I bought the Kova L-Shape Sectional + Console. I love how full and brand-new it looks after theyre fluffed. Save your money!unless you have money to wasteI didn't so I want to help someone else. We also ordered the Albany Loveseat, and ottoman. The imitation leather looks really nice, it has that kind of saddle leather / distressed look, but I love not having to worry about water (at my lakehouse). What more could someone ask for.
