The textbook reflects the most recent information and arranged in a manner that makes necessary updates easy to implement. The textbook is free of any grammatical errors. For businesses, organizational behavior is used to streamline efficiency, improve productivity, and spark innovation to give firms a competitive edge. Organizational behavior is the study of human behavior in an organizational setting. There is consistency in the way each chapter is presented and the supplementary points in each. The text was dated, which tends to be noted by students and can lead to lost credibility. The books is highly consistent in terms of formatting and style--as soon as Chapter 1 is complete, students should have a clear vision of what to expect for upcoming chapters. Text covers the major topics one would expect to see in a 200-300 level OB course. I concentrated on organizational theory for my criminal justice degree.
