FTD is one of the old International florists. I used them twice before I found the local flower websites. They are not really a florist, but rather a network dealing with local florists such as RussianFlora.com or others. Their service quality is average as they have a little control of the service quality or the speed of delivery. The choice of bouquets is rather poor compared to others. While prices may look comparable - the boquets delivered remotely resemble what is shown on the website. The only advantage of using them is that you don’t have to create a profile if you already used them for delivery within the USA. Based on my experience their service in US is actually much better than their International one.

While delivery speed was acceptable - I was not too happy with FTD’s flower selection in Russia. Also, I felt the price was too high for the bouquet that was delivered. Their customer service was polite in answering questions, but they are not the ones doing delivery and in the end this part of service is what matters most…

Usually I use another flower delivery company, but decided to try FTD for a change. The first thing I was dissatisfied is customer support who wasn’t very respondive.. it took ages before they could answer my questions.
Though the flowers were delivered on time, they were all way faded and badly decorated ((

I rather liked FTD. Though I used another flower delivery company and was more satisfied with their service. It was faster and not as expensive.

I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service and delivery speed. I ordered a bouquet to New Jersey and to Kharkov, Ukraine. The bouquet to America was delivered much faster and my recipient was happy but I can’t say the same about a bouquet to Ukraine (

I was about to use FTD service but a friend of mine gave me an advice not to use this company. She ordered a bouquet from them and was left terribly disappointed. She told me I’d better use another service if I want my order to be delivered on time and in a proper condition. I’ve also come across other negative reviews about them and decided to use another company instead.

I can say that I rather liked FTD service. My order to San Francisko to my girlfriend’s parents were delivered without any big delays and the recipients were quite happy with the gift. The only thing I would like to complaint is the price. I consider it too expensive for an ordinary gourmet basket.

As for me, i didn’t like this company at all! The service and quality is really poor and I would also like to complaint about the delivery speed. It took about a week to deliver my order to my colleague in Milan, such a big city! and I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

I have used them for 5 years with no problems, but as they say you only know a business, when you have a problem. They delivered a bunch of roses to my girlfriend yesterday, which promptly died several hours later, and were thrown in the garbage, and she made a complaint. They wanted her to pull the old ones out, the bad ones, and give them to the florist in exchange for a new bouquet.
They kept telling me that the flowers were fresh because ‘you can see from the picture’. Living near a florists in Holland, my florist neighbour said you can spray flowers to look good for delivery, that are not fresh and make them look nice, which is what I believe happened.
Eventually they agreed delivery without the humiliation of my girlfriend having to pull out bad flowers from the garbage, and walk past her colleagues to the ground floor of the office (ridiculous, the poor girl was in tears).
I will never use them again, I have used them for five years, with no problems, but they refused to believe a whole office of people who saw these flowers die, and instead a nice picture from a florist.
Anywhere else I would have got a full refund as well as a redelivery, but I will learn in future, and never trust them again.
